Fractal Analytics has appointed Shilpa Kedia as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 19 October 2026. Her appointment follows the resignation of Ashwath Bhat as CFO and Group CFO.
In her new role, Kedia will lead Fractal Analytics’ global finance operations, focusing on profitable growth, capital allocation and investments in artificial intelligence (AI) research, platforms and products.
She will also oversee investment decisions related to AI platforms and products and develop pricing models linked to the value delivered to clients.
Shilpa Kedia’s Professional Background
Kedia joins Fractal Analytics from Johnson & Johnson (J&J), where she served as CFO of its India Medical Devices and Technology business. She spent nearly a decade at the company, working across its consumer and MedTech businesses.
Before joining J&J, Kedia spent four years at Hindustan Unilever. During her tenure, she held leadership roles in investor relations, group finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), treasury and insurance.
She also spent five years at Nokia India. Kedia began her career through the Tata Administrative Services leadership programme at the Tata Group.
