Aignosis Raises Rs 4 Crore in Seed Funding Led by Antler

Jaipur-based healthtech startup Aignosis has raised Rs 4 crore in a seed funding round led by Antler, Nikhil Kamath and angel investors including Varun Dua and IIMA Ventures.

The company plans to use the fresh funding to expand its AI-assisted autism and developmental screening platform across India.

Founded by Raksheet Jain and Divyansh Mangal, Aignosis raised its first round in 2024 from investors including Rajneesh Bhandari and Amit Jain.

The startup has completed its CDSCO regulatory process and received Class B certification. It was also part of the Google for Startups Accelerator: AI First 2025 cohort.

Aignosis’ screening system uses a standard laptop and webcam to screen children aged 16 months to nine years. A short video recorded across nine stimulus modules is analysed using computer vision to assess behavioural signals such as gaze, response to name and reactions to facial expressions.

The system generates a risk report indicating whether further clinical assessment may be required. It does not provide a diagnosis.

Aignosis currently operates through a Clinic in Clinic model and is deployed across more than 20 government Primary Health Centres in Rajasthan.

The startup has also partnered with Mankind Pharma, whose medical representatives are supporting screening camps with paediatricians across India. The company is starting operations with Apollo Shines across around 125 schools.

Aignosis claims to have completed more than 8,000 screenings so far and plans to conduct at least 1 lakh screenings by the end of FY27.

The company will expand into Punjab, NCR, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand, Karnataka and Maharashtra. It will focus on building screening and referral access across government and private healthcare networks.
