Bengaluru-based AI startup Desible.ai has raised Rs 32 crore in a seed plus funding round led by Prime Venture Partners, with participation from existing investor Invention Engine.
The company will use the fresh capital to expand its agentic AI capabilities, strengthen its compliance infrastructure and accelerate product development for the BFSI sector.
Founded in 2025 by Uttam Tiwari and Omkar Raikar, Desible.ai provides an agentic workflow orchestration platform for banks, NBFCs and insurance companies. Its platform helps automate customer engagement, servicing, operations and compliance workflows, starting with voice and expanding to WhatsApp, SMS and email.
Desible.ai currently works with more than 40 BFSI institutions and runs over 25 agentic workflows across revenue, risk and compliance, collections, underwriting, service and claims.
