Managed workspace provider Incuspaze acquires iKeva
Managed workspace provider Incuspaze has acquired workspace operator iKeva through a 100% buyout deal, strengthening its footprint in southern India, particularly in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
The company said the acquisition is expected to contribute nearly Rs 100 crore in revenue and support its target of achieving Rs 1,000 crore in revenue by FY29 through a combination of organic expansion, higher enterprise occupancy, and strategic acquisitions.
As part of the transaction, Incuspaze will add iKeva’s portfolio of 5 lakh sq. ft. across 18 centres in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The company also plans to add another 5 lakh sq. ft. of office space during FY27. Incuspaze expects the integration to generate revenue synergies, improve operational efficiencies, enhance technology capabilities, and standardize service delivery across locations. The deal also supports the company’s plans to pursue an IPO over the next 24–36 months.
Industry estimates indicate that Global Capability Centres (GCCs) could account for nearly 40% of India’s office space demand in the coming years, with Hyderabad and Bengaluru remaining key hubs for multinational companies expanding their presence in the country.
The acquisition follows Incuspaze’s earlier purchases of TRIOS and VSKOUT, which helped expand its operational footprint and strengthen its technology and market intelligence capabilities. More recently, the company expanded its presence in western India through the acquisition of Million Minds at GIFT City, Gujarat.
Founded in 2016, Incuspaze operates more than 50 locations across 18 cities and manages a portfolio exceeding 4 million sq. ft. The company offers managed offices, coworking spaces, enterprise workspace solutions, design-and-build services, and customized office solutions for businesses across industries.
